  • Personalized Group Training- A mix of the fun you get in a group class, and the appropriate personal training  challenge you need to get the best results.
    • ​Youth Sports Fitness Class - develop the fundamental skills for most sports like basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball, softball, hockey, etc in a dynamic and fun class for 4-6 year-olds on Saturdays and Sundays 11 am to 12 pm. Enroll by calling 201-569-1114

  • Remote Training-  Making sure you stay consistent, if you travel frequently, this would be a great add on to any program.
